Welcome Home Inspection Services is an independently owned and operated Home Inspection Company, not a Franchise operation. We offer the highest quality and standards of service in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Milton, Fergus and surrounding areas in Southwestern Ontario.

Your inspector uses the latest technology, testing equipment and home inspection practices including digital photography to provide a detailed, easy to understand report.

Your detailed, easy to read report is presented after the inspection ( Home Inspection Report ) and all inspections are performed to meet or exceed the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.

John Arnott – Your Inspector

John has an Engineering Degree and has worked for over 20 years as an independent Project Manager involved in the design, build and start up of Industrial Chemical Plants. John brings this same attention to detail to the Home Inspection business.
He has completed the Humber College Certificate Program for Home Inspectors and his background and education qualifies him as a Registered Home Inspector with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. John is also registered as a Home Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Susan Arnott – Office Manager

Susan is probably the first person that you will talk to. John does the inspections, Susan does everything else. She will be happy to discuss your requirements and answer any questions that you may have regarding the inspection process. She can also provide details of services, pricing and scheduling.
